Insurance Business Canada’s Brokers on Carriers survey 2020 is underway.
Finding out how well carriers are performing is vital, especially with the rapid and unprecedented changes reshaping today’s industry landscape – and this is the opportunity for you to tell us how you’re being served.
Last year’s report named 16 carriers which managed to receive a five-star rating from brokers by scoring an average of 8.0 or higher in at least one category.
Brokers are encouraged to take part in this year’s survey to provide valuable feedback on their carriers’ performance and services over the past year. The information gathered will be a powerful tool for businesses to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.
