Brokers are encouraged to take part in this year’s Brokers on Carriers to provide feedback on their carriers’ performance and services over the past year.
This is a valuable tool for the industry, allowing carriers to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement. Information gathered will be used to provide valuable insights into the broker-carrier relationship over the past 12 months and identify the carriers that have outperformed the rest by keeping brokers engaged throughout the hybrid work model.
Complete the survey before the deadline on Friday, September 8.
The carriers that receive the highest ratings from their broker partners will be recognized as 5-Star carriers and featured on Insurance Business Canada’s website in December.
