Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of Keyser Benefits Corp., an Alberta-based benefits brokerage. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Keyser offers life, disability, health and dental, critical illness, retirement and other services to small and mid-sized businesses and individuals across western Canada. Shane Keyser and his employees will join Gallagher’s existing benefits office in Calgary, Alberta, and will report to Melanie Jeannotte, national president of Gallagher’s Canadian benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
