US-based brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired PCI-Perrault Consulting (which trades under PCI Compensation Consulting).
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001 and based in Montreal, QC, PCI Compensation Consulting specializes in total compensation and governance for Canadian organizations. It advises organizations in the design and integration of their compensation and business strategies, a release said.
Following the transaction, PCI Compensation Consulting’s team of Bridgit Courey, Marc Chartrand, Dominic Girard, Dominique Thuot and their colleagues will continue to operate from their current location. They will be led by Gallagher Canada benefit and HR consulting division CEO Melanie Jeannotte and global managing director for human resources & compensation consulting Scott Hamilton.

The other day, Gallagher appointed Mark H. Bloom as its new global chief information officer, succeeding the retiring Sean P. Connelly. Bloom joins from Aegon N.V., where he has served as chief information officer since 2016.
