Canadian investor Flow Capital has announced that it has closed an investment in Wrisk, an insurtech provider based in the UK.
Wrisk focuses on motor insurance offerings through its embedded, white-labelled insurance platform for pricing, distributing, and managing insurance products.
The insurtech has strong partnerships with both global auto original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and insurance carriers. Its platform is offered both as a fully managed MGA service to its UK clients or licensed by insurers and enterprises directly either in the UK or globally.
According to a news release, Flow’s venture into Wrisk will help the insurtech accelerate its commercial activities, continue its growth in the UK and European sectors, and help it for further global expansion efforts.
