Physician to the US president Sean Conley has confirmed that both Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for COVID-19, shortly after it was first announced that White House senior adviser Hope Hicks had contracted the coronavirus.
Hicks, whose career began in public relations at Zeno Group, returned to the Trump administration earlier this year after previously serving as White House communications director. Her ex-employer Zeno represented the likes of Prudential Plc.
Hope Hicks, who has been working so hard without even taking a small break, has just tested positive for Covid 19. Terrible! The First Lady and I are waiting for our test results. In the meantime, we will begin our quarantine process!
