CRU Group has announced that Joe Murison (pictured) has joined the company’s Canadian executive team as senior vice president & client program leader.
Murison – who will be based in Omemee, ON – will be responsible for the company’s account management of two large accounts, in addition to oversight of the quality assurance program. He has more than 14 years of general insurance experience, plus five years of military service.
In his previous role as AVP, Murison was responsible for helping drive business development and account management leading strategic direction change to seek new lead sources.

Last month, CRU Group named Adam Dickens as senior vice president & client program leader in Canada. With over 25 years of experience in insurance claims, Dickens previously oversaw the recruitment, training, quality assurance, and district catastrophe response across the five branches of a major Canadian loss adjusting firm.
