Crawford & Company has announced the appointment of Eric Pepin (pictured) as the new branch manager of its Quebec Hub.
Pepin has spent the last five years of his career with Crawford, helping establish its transportation team in Quebec as among the industry’s leaders. He has also held several leadership positions within the company, including as manager of the transportation unit and senior general adjuster of the global technical service team.
In his new position, Pepin will be responsible for driving a client-focused culture in Quebec, as well as playing a significant role in the recruitment and development of industry experts.
“Eric’s extensive claims experience, including transportation, cargo, environmental and property make him ideal for this role,” said Shelley Landry, vice president of Eastern Canada operations. “He has a strong knowledge of our local industry, and he has the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences. We are confident that Eric will be able to expand our market share in Quebec.”
