Independent claims adjusting firm in Canada ClaimsPro has named Dianne Rodriquez as assistant vice president, quality and governance.
In this newly established role, Rodriquez will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of national processes intended to support consistent service delivery aligned with client expectations. She will work alongside Shawn Jeffries, director of project management, to support the company’s ongoing quality initiatives.
Rodriquez has close to 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, with more than 20 years spent in management and executive roles at international insurers. Before joining ClaimsPro, she served as assistant vice president, business operations at a national insurer, where she was involved in system transformation, business intelligence, marketing and communication, and operational oversight.
At ClaimsPro, Rodriquez will focus on identifying potential quality-related risks and establishing procedures to monitor and manage them. Her responsibilities are tied to the company’s broader governance efforts and strategic plans. She will report to Christopher Tirrell, Vice-President, Central Services.
“I am pleased to welcome Dianne to the ClaimsPro team,” said Tirrell. “Her experience makes her the ideal candidate for this role to oversee our quality and most of all to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of service to our clients across Canada.”
The announcement follows another recent leadership change at ClaimsPro. Christine Segaric has been appointed Director of CAT Response, a role that includes oversight of the company’s Catastrophe Response Team and coordination of its national catastrophe response efforts. Segaric will be responsible for managing large-scale loss events and enhancing ClaimsPro’s ability to respond to major incidents.
The additions to ClaimsPro’s leadership group are part of the firm’s ongoing effort to refine its internal processes, strengthen its operational capabilities, and align its services with the evolving needs of clients across the country. The company provides claims adjusting services to insurers, brokers, and corporate clients across Canada.
