Hub International today announced four key executive promotions and the expansion of their executive management team, including two Canadians.
Neil Morrison, President, Hub International Ontario/HKMB, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations; along with Chad Robertson, President, Hub International Barton, who was promoted to Regional President, Canada West, responsible for the Barton, TOS, and Horizon operations
“We are pleased to announce the promotion of these talented executives throughout the organization and the development of our next generation of leadership,” said Martin P. Hughes, Chairman and CEO, Hub International. “This organizational model will support Hub’s future growth and our evolution as a top ten global brokerage.”
Other U.S. regional promotions included Marc Cohen, President, Hub International Northeast, who is now the Regional President, U.S. East Region, responsible for the Northeast, New England, Southeast, Florida and Puerto Rico operations; and Jack McGrath, President, Hub International Insurance Services, Texas operations, promoted to Regional President, U.S. Central Region, responsible for the Texas, New Mexico, Financial, Midwest East & West, Gulf South, and Colorado operations.
Morrison continues as chairman of HUB Internacional Latin America and tasked with overseeing HUB’s expansion in that region. In November 2013, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Insurance Institute of Canada and will assume the chairmanship in 2014. (continued.)

Robertson’s rise within Hub was first noticed by Craig Barton, CEO of Hub Barton in 2005, who said: “Chad Robertson has been at the forefront of our sales team for some time. Chad's experience, energy and enthusiasm make him the ideal choice to lead the continued development of our sales culture.”
In addition to these promotions, Barry Cordeiro, Chief Information Officer, and Ron Agypt, Chief Sales Officer, Employee Benefits, will now serve on Hub’s EMT.
