To help brokers keep themselves physically and mentally fit in these hard times, CAA Club Group of Companies and CAA Insurance are launching a new online wellness platform designed exclusively for CAA’s broker partners.
The new Jaunt Wellness App gives CAA Insurance broker partners access to resources and tips for physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. The app will help track users’ fitness activities, and allow them to set personalized wellness goals, as well as award points and badges. In addition, it will also allow brokers to connect with each other and other teams, and allow them to engage in team-based or network-wide wellness challenges.
“The last few years have highlighted the importance of wellness at home and in the workplace,” said CAA Insurance president Matthew Turack. “The launch of the Jaunt Wellness App is CAA’s commitment to supporting the overall health and wellbeing of our Brokers by providing them with a holistic approach to health and wellness.”
“Since the onset of the pandemic, we have been providing wellness support to our broker partners because it is the right thing to do,” said CCG vice president of Total Rewards Mara Notafonzo. “At CCG, we know that a healthy and engaged Associate is a productive Associate, and the same goes for our Brokers.”
Brokers interested in the app, which is available on both desktop and mobile devices, may sign up by downloading CAA’s Sprout at Work mobile app.
CAA Insurance currently partners with more than 130 brokerages across over 550 locations in Ontario, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Those brokerages and their employees are all eligible to use the Jaunt Wellness App.
