Retail brokers can rate their MGA partners based on service and performance over the past 12 months across key areas, such as underwriting responsiveness, technical expertise, compensation, and claims support.
This valuable tool enables industry participants to create a benchmark for businesses. Information gathered will be used to present an overview of the industry’s achievements and the challenges it faces.

The highest-rated MGAs will be announced in a detailed report on Insurance Business Canada’s website in October.
