Brokers can rate their MGAs based on service and performance over the past 12 months in key areas, such as underwriting responsiveness, technical expertise, compensation, and claims support.
The survey will help the industry participants benchmark businesses, and the gathered information will provide an overview of recent achievements and challenges in the industry.
