The survey asks brokers to rate their major partners in key aspects such as underwriting expertise, claims processing, product training and quick quotes.
This is a valuable tool for the industry to allow carriers to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.

The best-rated carriers and the full report will be available in IBC’s August issue and online.
