Major P&C brokerage BrokerLink has acquired two brokerages in Ontario: Bradley’s Commercial Insurance Limited and Phil Leon Insurance Brokers.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Bradley’s Commercial Insurance in Stittsville is a family-owned and operated full-service brokerage that has been in business for more than 60 years. The brokerage offers personal auto, home and farm insurance as well as customized commercial insurance.
“This is an exciting and momentous move for us,” commented Bradley’s Commercial Insurance president Ross Bradley, who added that joining BrokerLink will strengthen the quality of service his team provides to their customers.
A release said that Ross Bradley will assist BrokerLink during the transition process, while Bradley’s insurance partners Ray Shannon and Stacy Elliott will remain as key members of the BrokerLink team. Bradley’s Chantal Pelletier will be appointed director of Eastern Ontario within BrokerLink’s ranks.
Phil Leon Insurance is another family-owned and operated general insurance brokerage, having served Hamilton and the surrounding areas for over 50 years. The full-service broker offers personal home, auto, motorcycle and watercraft insurance, in addition to commercial property and auto.
“We pride ourselves on looking after the insurance needs of our customers so they can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing they are insured by dependable, financially sound insurers represented by our brokerage,” remarked Phil Leon Insurance president David Leon, who also noted that BrokerLink’s reputation matches his company’s, which should give his team’s customers the same peace of mind.
David Leon and his team will continue to serve customers as part of BrokerLink.
“BrokerLink, Bradley’s Insurance and Phil Leon Insurance have one big thing in common – we are passionate about serving our customers,” said BrokerLink president Joe D’Annunzio. “Bradley’s Insurance and Phil Leon Insurance have built strong relationships in their communities and our goal is to continue to build upon those connections.”
