BrokerLink has expanded in Ontario and New Brunswick by acquiring Donnell Insurance Brokers (Donnell) and Kent & White Insurance (Kent & White), effective July 01, 2023.
The two acquisitions see BrokerLink expand its services in Burlington, Ontario and Edmundston, New Brunswick. They also extend BrokerLink's expertise in Bathurst, New Brunswick.
Founded in 1983, Donnell is a full-service brokerage offering home, auto, and business insurance to the Burlington community and surrounding areas.
Joe Donnell, Donnell president, said joining that customers will continue to receive the same local advice, with additional product options through BrokerLink's resources.
“Our priority has always been to provide the best products and services to our customers and remain customer-driven through seeking out innovative solutions,” he said.
Founded in 1946, Kent & White is one of the largest fully bilingual commercial insurance brokerages in Northern New Brunswick. It offers solutions to individuals and commercial insurance to small and large organisation. It counts a range of customers among its clients, from professional firms and restaurants to multi-province retailers across Atlantic Canada.
The deals with Donnell and Kent & White follows BrokerLink's acquisition of Kranz Insurance & Real Estate Limited and Sims & Associates Insurance Services in April.
