BrokerLink, one of Canada’s largest property and casualty insurance brokerages, is back on the acquisition trail. The brokerage, which is a subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation, has today announced its purchase of Ontario-based Impact Brokers Inc. (Impact Insurance), effective March 1, 2020.
Located in Concord, ON, Impact Insurance has been providing commercial and personal insurance solutions to the local community since its founding in 1993. It’s a full-service insurance brokerage that offers business, home, auto and group insurance products, as well as customized commercial insurance services.

Following the acquisition, Impact Insurance employees will continue to serve customers as normal. They will join the BrokerLink team.
