Billyard Insurance Group (BIG) has opened a new branch in Clarkson, Mississauga, marking its 86h location nationwide.
The new Mississauga branch will be led by managing partners Arun Thukral and Nikolina Obajdin, who have over 20 years of experience between them.
Thukral transitioned from his previous role as a broker at BIG’s Mississauga East office. He has nearly two decades of experience in commercial banking and insurance. Obajdin, an industry professional since 2014, assumes her new role after working as a business development manager at RBC Insurance.
As managing partner of the Clarkson branch, Thukral will focus on sales strategy to optimize its market presence, according to a press release from BIG. Meanwhile, Obajdin will utilize her knowledge in sales, training, and business development to manage the operations of the new branch.

Our focus on personalized insurance solutions will ensure that residents and businesses in the area receive the coverage they need to navigate life's uncertainties.”

BIG’s new Clarkson branch is at 802 Southdown Road Unit C6 in Mississauga, Ontario. Its opening comes after BIG established another Ontario branch in the Durham Region.
