Billyard Insurance Group (BIG) is strengthening its presence in Ontario with the inauguration of a new branch in Stoney Creek.
The BIG Barton branch will be led by managing partner Anjali Tanda, whose insurance career dates back to 2006 when she began working as an agent and broker.
“Our team is thrilled to be a part of the community and offer our expertise in insurance to the residents and businesses here,” said Tanda in an emailed news release. “I am so very thankful to the senior leadership at Billyard Insurance Group for instilling their confidence in our ability to run a successful operation. We understand that each client has a unique situation, and our team’s goal is to provide tailored insurance solutions that cater to the needs of the individuals and businesses we serve.”
Jennifer Smith, director of business development at BIG, also shared her excitement about the expansion and said the new branch will be a “valuable asset” to the Stoney Creek community.
“BIG Barton is located in a wonderful community, and we are looking forward to the successes that Anjali and her team will achieve here,” said Smith.
BIG’s latest branch is now open for business and can be found at 312 Grays Road in Stoney Creek. It offers a wide array of insurance solutions, including home, auto, business, life and financial, and travel coverage.
The recent months have seen BIG expanding its presence in Ontario. Earlier this month, the brokerage opened a location in Sarnia. It currently has a footprint of over 80 branches nationwide.
