Agile Underwriting Solutions has announced the acquisition of managing general agent (MGA) Exhale Insurance effective July 01, 2021.
Exhale Insurance is an insurance MGA that has grown rapidly by adopting digital technology to deliver insurance products to its broker partners and customers.
