In their new roles, Setzer will be based in Georgia while Johnson will be in Denver. They will focus on strengthening relationships with key brokers and clients, securing new business as well as providing general underwriting support to the overall aviation business in North America.
Meanwhile, Johnson transfers from a client support specialist role at Transport Risk Management Inc. of Colorado, where he gained extensive insurance and risk management experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). Johnson was also a certified flight instructor for The University of North Dakota (UND) Flight Operations as well as a student services representative with its Aerospace Foundation.
“Both Scott and Adam bring a depth of experience and passion important to our brokers and clients,” stated Dave Warfel, head of aviation, North America. “Change is constant within our industry, but certain factors remain consistent to our success - such as the need for solution-oriented thinking and customer centricity. We are happy to welcome them to the team and look forward to their contributions.”
