Criscuolo joins AGCS’s crisis management team in North America, where he will be handling risks in product recall & contamination, hostile environment and political violence. He will report to AGCS crisis management regional practice leader for North America Marcos Garcia Norris.

Criscuolo was most recently serving as an underwriting manager with Starr Companies. Prior to this, he was with AIG for 18 years, where he held several positions including regional manager for environmental liability & crisis management, as well as assistant vice-president of the worldwide liabilities group.
He received his MBA from St. John’s University’s Tobin School of Risk Management. Criscuolo also earned his J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico and a BA from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon, San Juan.
