To be considered for this prestigious accolade, an MGA must receive nominations to be considered for the first qualifying round. Following round one, finalists are determined based on those nominations, and a panel of pre-selected judges representing various areas in the industry review each finalist submission and assesses them on 6 specific criteria. This criteria serves to indicate how the finalist has achieved excellence over the past 18 months through underwriting responsiveness and turnaround time, premium pricing, range of products, customer service, claims support, and technical expertise and product knowledge.
