Valeriu Danci joined Gore Mutual in 2009 as a Developer and has over the years moved into progressively more senior roles as part of the OMNI Product Engineering team. 

In his current role as the Director Mid-Tier and Core Technologies, Valeriu plays a pivotal role in Gore Mutual’s digital transformation and the implementation of Guidewire. Leading a team of 20 developers, Valeriu and his team ensure that all technical components including external integrations go through a rigorous design review process, including architecture, security, authentication, static code analysis, to ensure the overall stability and operability of the core systems.

In addition, Valeriu also oversees the architectural governance of the existing systems as well as anything net new that it is being built.

Valeriu is described by his team as a visionary leader, who not only has deep technical expertise but also brings a strong solution-oriented mindset that guides them to find creative and innovative solutions.
