Stephanie Duclos

Stephanie Duclos is the Technical Lead for Victor Canada's Errors & Omissions Special Risks department. In this role, Stephanie uses her technical skills to ensure that the department's policy wordings, endorsements and guidelines are compliant with the company's standards and practices, and with external regulators. She manages complex accounts, leads departmental projects and initiatives, and is the principal point of contact to provide technical expertise for underwriters.

Stephanie’s sales, customer service and corporate relationship building experience combined with her leadership qualities, technical skills and meticulous work has led to holding a number of roles at Victor. In 2020, Stephanie was promoted from Underwriter to Technical Lead and has continued to play an important role in mentoring co-op students in addition to her technical underwriting responsibilities.

Stephanie's keen interest in Victor's insurance product offerings and risk analysis have led to increased participation in several projects and committees where she has helped to improve and enhance underwriting procedures and the company's capabilities. She has a strong customer-focused approach and is often called on to find solutions to more complex issues.

Stephanie has played a significant role in the success Victor has achieved over the years. She is well respected by brokers and insurance carriers and is often sought for her ideas and forward thinking to find solutions to more complex issues. She continues to provide a high level of service to Victor's broker clients seeking renewal terms, program servicing, new business quotes and answers to their questions.

Stephanie is based in Ottawa, Ontario.
