Charlotte is the Director of People & Culture at Billyard Insurance Group. She holds an MBA, Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Music with a Minor in Psychology. Charlotte started her first three years at BIG as BIG's Marketing Manager. Throughout her time in Marketing, she introduced the iconic elephant to BIG’s brand, made significant marketing improvements, developed a thriving team, and was a key driver of company culture. She since transitioned to Director of People & Culture to focus on her passion of creating a people-first company culture and growing BIG as a top Insurance workplace in Canada.
