Tracy oversees BrokerLink's corporate departments, including: Human Resources, Technology, Finance and Corporate Operations. During her 25+ years with IFC, Tracy has held progressive management roles across the organization, including as Vice President of Non-standard Auto (Jevco Insurance and Facility, Ontario), Novex Insurance and Commercial Lines (Ontario and Atlantic, Underwriting).
