Robert Bisset, chairman of Retrocession & Property Specialty, Bermuda & Market Capital at Lockton Re, commented on the appointment, highlighting Veau’s extensive experience in capital advisory and reinsurance solutions.

“Sabrina’s experience will be an incredibly valuable asset to the team, having played, among other roles, a key part in the establishment and capitalization of Lloyd's Syndicates as well as supporting the placement of retrospective and prospective structured solutions. As importantly, she is a wonderful person with a work ethic that is unmatched,” he said.

Lockton Re’s announcement comes amid broader growth in its reinsurance operations, as the firm continues to attract talent and invest in resources to expand its global reach and capabilities.
