Chubb Life Hong Kong has appointed Steve Kwok as chief operations officer. He will report to Michael Ho, country president of
Chubb.
As COO, Kwok will head the Hong Kong operations team, providing strategic advice to help the company improve its operational efficiency.
An insurance veteran of over 20 years, Kwok was chief life operations officer of
AXA China from 2008 to 2016 before joining Chubb. There, he was in charge of optimising the insurer’s life insurance business to various distribution channels. He had also worked for
Manulife, developing and managing the insurer’s various policy administration systems.
Ho commented on the appointment, saying: “I am very pleased to have Steven on board as his wealth of experience in operations management will be invaluable to the development of Chubb Life’s business in Hong Kong. With this appointment, I am confident that Steven will make numerous contributions across various operational functions and play a significant role in driving and executing our strategic plans.”
