This new role will see Kedia leading a new collaborative effort from India at the intersections of the firm’s four businesses: Mercer, Marsh, Oliver Wyman, and Guy Carpenter.
According to the announcement post from LinkedIn, in addition to his new CEO position, Kedia will also continue as president for Marsh India.
Before his tenure in the firm, which has been going on for more than 20 years, Kedia also served as vice president of Jardine Lloyd Thompson and manager of IDBI Bank. According to his LinkedIn, he has a bachelor of commerce degree from St Xavier’s College and an MBA in finance from the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in India. He also finished an advanced management program from Harvard Business School.
The global brokerage also recently named David Bryant as new Pacific CEO, an appointment which went into effect on the first of this month.
