Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, has acquired “substantially all” of the assets of TriCoast Insurance Services, according to a news release.
TriCoast Insurance provides agents and insureds access to earthquake and hurricane insurance products. The company, headed by principal Craig Justice, has annual net revenues of about $2.4 million. TriCoast will become part of Arrowhead and operate under the direction of Arrowhead executive vice president Steve Bouker. Justice will continue to partner with Arrowhead to provide specialty catastrophe insurance products, according to the release.

“Craig’s extensive experience in the earthquake and hurricane insurance space was invaluable in the development and marketing of new products,” Bouker said. “We look forward to further expanding our product offerings and Craig’s continued partnership with Arrowhead.”
