The Hilb Group (THG) has announced the acquisition of CNC Insurance Associates. The acquisition, which became effective October 01, is THG’s 38th since its founding in 2009.
Delaware-based CNC provides property and casualty insurance products for businesses in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia. The company is THG’s first acquisition in the state. CNC managing director Kevin Nemith will continue to lead the agency’s associates, according to THG.

“The addition of CNC continues THG’s national expansion and will further strengthen our presence in the mid-Atlantic region,” said Ricky Spiro, CEO of THG. “We are excited to welcome Kevin and his associates to our team.”
