Hub International has acquired the assets of a New Mexico insurance firm, the company has announced.
Hub has acquired Albuquerque-based Bianci & Assoc., a firm that specializes in employee benefits. Richard Bianci, president of the firm, will join Hub New Mexico, according to the company. He will report to Sherrye Butler, employee benefits market leader for Hub New Mexico.

This isn’t the first acquisition Hub has made in 2017. Last month, the company acquired the assets of New York-based Unilite Insurance Agency. In April, it bought California-based City Insurance Services – a deal that also allowed Hub to acquire several City Insurance affiliates.
In addition, in the same month, Hub acquired several assets of Insurance Supermarket, a Canada-based insurance marketing organization.
