The Hilb Group LLC announced Tuesday that it has acquired Carrier Insurance Agency Inc., an agency based in Fern Park, Florida. The deal closed on July 1.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
To date, The Hilb Group has seven acquisitions this year. This acquisition, in particular, helps the insurance group’s expansion in central Florida.
Carrier Insurance has been serving the central Florida area for close to three decades. Led by owner and president Leo Carrier, the agency will be merged into The Hilb Group of Florida’s Orlando office, reported
