Global specialty insurance distributor AmWINS Group has announced its acquisition of Partners Specialty Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
AmWINS is the leading US-based specialty insurance distributor, with more than 4,200 employees in 12 countries and more than $14 billion in annual premium placements. The company strengthens that position with the acquisition of Partners, one of the largest wholesale brokerage operations in the country.
