Allstate’s 2016 Best Drivers Report. The city retained its 200th ranking for a second year, with drivers 168% more likely to make a claim compared to the national average.
Worcester, also in Massachusetts, is close behind on the second lowest rung with a 124% claim probability, keeping its crown as the second worst US city to drive in for the second straight year.
Maryland’s Baltimore takes third place in the unwanted list, with a 114% claim probability, also retaining this dubious honor from 2015.

At the other end of the spectrum, Brownsville, Texas, was the safest city for driving, according to the report, followed by Kansas City, with Madison in Wisconsin completing the top three.
Allstate said that 94% of motor collisions are caused by preventable human factors, particularly distracted driving and taking your eyes off the road.
