Under his leadership, The Hanover is intently focused on building on its unique competitive position as a leading property & casualty company with a set of high-quality capabilities, delivered through a select network of the best independent agents in the business. Roche joined the company in 2006 and has served in several senior leadership roles, most recently as president of Hanover Agency Markets.
