In the 1970s, Kim Randall entered the insurance industry as a trainee with CNA. For the first eight years of her career, she trained as a property/package underwriter with CNA, Hartford Insurance and Hartford Specialty. In 1985, she joined Swett & Crawford in Los Angeles as a broker trainee, and within three years, she rose to the top property producer position. She then served as the property manager of the Los Angeles property department before joining Worldwide Facilities in 2000 as property director.
Over the past 19 years, she has helped build Worldwide Facilities into one of the top property wholesalers in the United States and has trained and mentored a new generation of property brokers and assistants, in addition to being one of the premier earthquake brokers in the country.
