To ensure the needs of these corporate clients are met, the team at Lovitt & Touché conducts formal stewardship reports every six months, evaluating progress and anticipating needs or actions ahead of potential challenges such as legal reforms, economic shifts or industry evolutions. The team also discusses operational changes with clients, including the current and potential impact on their business and any upcoming opportunities clients can capitalize upon.
Prioritizing customer service, Lovitt & Touché’s leadership team implemented a program called 212 Awards (based on a leadership concept by author Sam Parker), which allows employees and clients to recognize those who put forth extra effort.
