Consulting firm RSM has announced the appointment of Catharine Dutt as risk consulting partner at its Toronto office.

Dutt most recently worked for one of Canada’s large banking institutions as vice president and global head of strategy, planning, and operations for internal audit services. In this position, she was responsible for the strategic direction of the global audit function as well as audit committee oversight and global governance reporting, global financial management, data analytics, and professional audit standards.

In a statement, RSM said that Dutt will be an integral addition to its Canada team as the company plans to add more services and capabilities to its consulting services practice nationwide.
