Marsh & McLennan Companies has appointed Katherine Brennan as deputy general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief compliance officer effective October 18, 2017.
Brennan held a number of leadership roles at Marsh & McLennan from 2008 to 2015 – including senior corporate counsel and assistant corporate secretary, as well as general counsel of
Guy Carpenter. She is currently senior vice president, deputy general counsel, and corporate secretary at S&P Global Inc. (formerly McGraw Hill Financial).

Brennan will be based in Marsh & McLennan’s headquarters in New York.
