The global risk and reinsurance specialist business of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Guy Carpenter & Company, has named a new global head of sales.
From September 01, Jeffrey Livingston (pictured) will take the role and also sit on the firm’s executive committee. He will lead the company’s sales activities and develop commercial strategies to help clients realize their growth goals. He will report in to CEO and president Peter Hearn.

Livingston’s experience extends across both the broking arena and the insurance and reinsurance sector. He was most recently vice chair, North America, for Willis Re – and he’s also been a director of portfolio solutions at Marsh.
