Are you an elite broker, but didn’t make last year’s list? Well, here’s your chance – as Insurance Business magazine once again searches for Canada’s top broker.

The call is once again going out to any insurance brokers practicing in Canada, authorized representatives and licensees who employer must be headquartered in Canada. By simply filling out the online survey, you can measure yourself against the best the industry has to offer.

And judging by last year’s list, the competition was fierce.

One of the Elite top 30 brokers, Andrew Clark, has already capitalized on his success by starting his own brokerage, ALIGNED insurance.

Another top 30 broker, Mark Jackson, caught the eye of Insurance Business by making the July Young Guns list, as the innovative President of The Insurance Market at the age of 33.

But don’t put it off to the last minute, as the deadline for entries is midnight, July 27.

Last year’s top broker, Danny Sgro, partner, chief sales officer of technology and specialty risk advisor with Jones DesLauriers Insurance in Toronto, Ont., placed the bar high by recording almost $3.5 million in revenue.

Making the Elite Top 30 list is a great opportunity to give your business a boost and to make sure all the major insurers and underwriters know who you are. For those who made last year’s list, it has proven to be an invaluable independent third-party endorsement that is beneficial in marketing to new and existing clients.
