With a diverse background encompassing roles on the carrier side, including Claims Adjuster and Return-To-Work Consultant, as well as extensive experience in workers’ safety and recruiting on the employer side, Santiago offers a unique and valuable perspective on Employee Benefits. His approach is grounded in the understanding that employee health is vital to both the individual and the company, and that the integration of Employee Benefits and Workers’ Compensation Programs is essential for improving overall employee well-being.

In addition to his professional expertise, Santiago's bilingual and bicultural background positions him as a valuable asset for companies with diverse Spanish-speaking workforces. Currently, Santiago serves on the State Board of Directors for the Oregon Chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), Meals On Wheels People, and on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee for the City of Wilsonville.
