Insurance software firm Vertafore announced yesterday that it has introduced new product enhancements to QuickNav in the company’s newest release of its Vertafore Agency Platform.

QuickNav is a workflow feature that allows customer service representatives (CSRs) to easily access required information, forms, and documents, enabling even the most inexperienced users to accomplish their tasks.

The latest enhancements to the management platform’s QuickNav feature offer even more configuration capabilities, allowing users to modify it to suit “department procedures, company differences, or unique agency processes.”

While other management systems have workflow features of their own, most of them are only electronic checklists. Vertafore’s system is one of the few in the market that “combines solutions for benefits, comparative rating, document management, licensing and compliance, and reference capabilities in a single platform.”

The company said that its comprehensive platform, coupled with its improved user experience, will allow CSRs to finish their work using fewer clicks.

Vertafore Agency Platform has managed to double the number of agencies and users using the system since last year.
