The acquisitions just keep on coming for Davies Group.
The professional services and technology business has announced its fourth deal of the year, this time swooping for specialist cloud application provider ContactPartners.
The latter provides bespoke customer contact technologies for insurance, as well as the wider financial services markets. It is based in Oxford, England, and manages more than 10 million client interactions annually for some of the biggest names across UK financial services.
Now, it will become part of the consulting and technology division at Davies, which is led by Mark Grocott, and is set to rebrand as Davies Technology Solutions in 2021. The business will still be led by founding directors Paul Harvey and Russell Hopcraft, who will now report to Davies’s Technology Solutions head Jason Wolfe.

Together we can offer new technology and innovation options to our 750+ insurance and financial services clients across the globe, as well as applying ContactPartners skills to help us transform our own business.”
Meanwhile, Hopcraft outlined the “great opportunities” that the deal will bring for the firm.
