The Hilb Group (THG) has acquired H.J. Knight International Insurance Agency (HJK) in Massachusetts, effective December 1, 2018.
Founded in 1987, HJK is a full-service brokerage that offers commercial insurance and specializes in alternative risk management solutions.
HJK managing director Matt Lanza and his team will continue to operate out of the company’s Braintree, MA location following the transaction.
“In the past few years, HJK has developed a reputation as one of the fastest growing insurance and risk management advisory firms in Massachusetts,” said THG CEO Ricky Spiro. “Welcoming HJK’s talented associates to our expanding team will continue strengthen our New England region.”
