RT Specialty’s Hamilton, New Jersey branch, part of the environmental and construction professional (RT ECP) division, has announced the promotion of Justin Kochmer, Kelly Jackson, and Joe Fagan (pictured left to right) to senior account managers.

With four years of experience at RT ECP, Kochmer has shown strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a talent for fostering relationships. His efforts have been instrumental in the success of his team.

Kochmer is also pursuing his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.

Jackson, who joined the business in March 2022, has quickly established herself as a top performer, consistently delivering high-quality work while seeking out new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Fagan, a five-year veteran of RT ECP, has proven to be a reliable asset during meetings with carriers and has taken a proactive role in training new employees and supporting new business initiatives.

“Each of these individuals has excelled in doing their part to improve the insurance experience for our clients,” said Jeff Slivka, president of RT ECP. “They have worked hard, diligently advancing their knowledge and capabilities, and now, with these promotions, they are well-positioned to accomplish even more.

“Many outstanding careers accelerate here at RT ECP. It’s our privilege to work alongside Justin, Kelly, and Joe and to support their success. We can’t wait to see what their futures hold in store.”

Recent promotions within RT ECP include Joe Reynolds, Hannah Altomare, David Slaugenhoup, Tim Prosser, Drew Rothman, Esq., and Joseph Buono. They were promoted to executive vice president, consultant, senior vice president, and assistant vice presidents, respectively, earlier this year.
