RT Specialty has opened a new office in Hawaii. The Honolulu office is lead by Jason Witthun and Marie-Louise D. Lundqvist.
Witthun began his career in London broking multiple lines, according to a release. When he moved to the US, he focused on South American business. Most recently, he has worked as a commercial lines underwriter and E&S broker.

Lundqvist, meanwhile, is a binding authority underwriter who began her career as a commercial underwriter working on all lines of business.
“Opening an office in Honolulu with these two outstanding professionals allows RT Specialty to bring our expansive network and new products to Hawaii,” said RT Specialty chairman and CEO Timothy W. Turner. “Jason and Marie-Louise are top-rated professionals who bring exceptional creativity and service to their clients, and their hiring further strengthens our western division leadership team.”
The office will handle all E&S lines of business, including property catastrophe, commercial/residential property, general liability, professional liability and others.
