The nonprofit organization of the Clintons, the Clinton Foundation, will hold its last Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Conference next month, regardless of whether former First Lady and now presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is elected in this fall’s elections.

Should Clinton win the presidential derby, the foundation will no longer accept donations from foreign governments and former President Bill Clinton will stop delivering paid speeches, as he announced in a staff meeting, according to reports.

The Initiative convenes business, government, and entertainment leaders to focus on developing solutions to address issues in economic growth, long term competitiveness and social mobility in the US. The next conference will take place in September in New York City.

Last year, the foundation filed amended tax returns for 2010-2013 due to possible errors in reporting contributions from foreign governments.
